About the Role

This role involves various monitoring tasks related to sales activities, including inspections of sales branches and agencies, and handling compliance incidents such as recruitment accidents. It also includes reviewing recruitment materials and reporting accidents to the financial bureau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inspection plans for sales branches.
• Develop and implement inspection plans for insurance agencies.
• Investigate improper practices related to insurance recruitment.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in educating/guiding sales branches or agencies.
• Ability to promote work through communication with sales branches and internal departments.
• Cooperative and adaptable, able to promote work through appropriate communication with internal departments.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• Experience in the life insurance industry.
• Experience in the financial industry.
