About the Role
This role is responsible for the independent execution of integrated marketing plans to support commercial or regional business growth. The incumbent will manage marketing initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and support stakeholders to deliver effective programs that meet annual business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in the strategic development of annual marketing plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to achieve marketing and event objectives.
- Maintain frequent dialogue with regional and international colleagues to leverage brand and project harmonization.
- Provide guidance to the Marketing Associate.
- Independently execute marketing initiatives including new service launches, campaign development, content management, and event planning.
- Work with partners to develop and execute new solutions and channel strategies including advertising, website updates, and sales collateral.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Measure and analyze campaign and event performance, providing recommendations to management.
- Plan and coordinate customer events, tradeshows, and webinars.
- Advocate for safety and participate in the HSE program.
- Complete required safety training courses.
Requirements
- College or university degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience.
- Excellent time management and analytical skills.
- Experience with print, digital, social media, and event management marketing channels.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Collaborative team skills.
- Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and photo/image software.
- Ability to travel up to 25% per year.
- Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.
