About the Role

The Global Program Manager (GPM) is the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing their security programs. This role ensures service delivery meets client expectations and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key point of contact for client security programs, ensuring management to expectations and timely issue resolution.
  • Manage the P&L for the account in collaboration with senior management.
  • Act as a liaison for Global Clients Vice President to provide high-level client service and implement initiatives.
  • Conduct Security Risk Reviews of client facilities using industry best practices and client-specific tools.
  • Ensure branches maintain a focus on high-quality customer service and support profitable business retention.
  • Oversee appropriate staffing levels and effective scheduling to meet client requirements while controlling labor costs.
  • Address actual or potential problems and coordinate global RFI and RFP responses, including pricing models and strategies.
  • Meet regularly with clients and management for account reviews, assist with RFP responses, and support client start-ups and transitions.
  • Participate in client strategic budget preparation for guard services and security system deployments.
  • Assist clients in evaluating global security needs and determining service feasibility.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate global service delivery, applying the Global Clients Americas model.
  • Build and facilitate teamwork, partnerships, and progressive change.
  • Direct or complete tasks associated with client service, problem resolution, post orders, billing/collections, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.
  • Ensure execution and delivery of service requirements in compliance with the client Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in business administration or a closely related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Proven multinational account management experience.
  • Experience and ability to adapt in multi-cultural environments.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate board and senior level relationships.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Understanding of security operations, loss prevention, investigations, and systems integration.
  • Ability to demonstrate business strategy development and acumen aligning with the client’s strategy.
  • Knowledge of business operations, management, and human resources administration.
  • Ability to adapt and cope successfully with changing circumstances.
  • Ability to adapt well to and be energized by change while maintaining focus on key business goals and personal objectives.
  • Ability to use personal computer and spreadsheet software.
