About the Role
The Marketing Manager, Partnerships is responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy for CFS’s expansion into the under-50 employee segment. This role will bring strategy to life, translating priorities into clear plans, campaigns and always-on programs, and owning their end-to-end delivery. The role is responsible for the design of a modern, digitally-led acquisition approach while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the go-to-market strategy for the under-50 employee segment, including segmentation, targeting, positioning and channel strategy.
- Translate business growth objectives into a clear, actionable acquisition plan with defined success metrics.
- Shape the Partnerships value proposition and messaging to resonate with SME employers and their ecosystems.
- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across partnerships, digital channels and emerging routes to market.
- Lead end-to-end campaign development and delivery - from planning through to execution, optimisation and post-implementation review.
- Lead social and digital partnerships strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn and emerging SME-relevant channels.
- Partner with Digital and MarTech teams to optimise journeys, UX and conversion pathways.
- Establish a high-velocity test-and-learn framework across campaigns and funnel stages.
- Define clear success metrics upfront and embed a strong performance discipline across all activity.
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency and customer experience across all activity.
Requirements
- Solid experience in marketing, ideally within financial services (superannuation, wealth, banking, retirement/investments).
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing for financial products or customer segments, with end-to-end accountability.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable growth outcomes and ROI.
- Ability to translate business strategy into marketing strategy (segmentation/targeting, proposition development, forecasting, integrated planning).
- Strong digital and data capability across channels and platforms (CRM/email, paid digital, social, search/display, web journeys).
- Experience building data and insight-led strategies, personalisation, triggered programs and rigorous optimisation (test/learn, dashboards, performance reporting).
- Understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills; able to lead complex work through orchestration.
- Strong project management and delivery discipline; ability to manage through complex problems and a changing environment.
- Comfortable operating in regulated environments with a proactive risk mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - able to make complex topics accessible, clear and compelling.
- Full work rights in Australia required.
