About the Role

Spin Master is seeking a dedicated individual to play a key role in supporting the global IT portfolio across Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, and Digital functions. This role involves partnering with various teams in a matrixed environment to support project delivery, governance, reporting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Support Intake, Estimates Sizing, Prioritization, and Stage Gate governance processes across the IT portfolio.
  • Coordinate project milestones, action items, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle from intake through to closeout.
  • Maintain and update Jira boards, epics, tasks, labels, workflows, and Confluence dashboards.
  • Generate weekly portfolio status reports, health metrics, risks, and financial forecasting summaries for IT leadership.
  • Draft and distribute clear project communications, capture meeting decisions, and coordinate steering committee sessions.
  • Support project financial management including purchase orders, invoice tracking, budget monitoring, and variance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline PMO templates and leverage AI productivity tools to improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration.
  • Advanced operational experience utilizing Jira and Confluence within Agile or hybrid project environments.
  • Experience generating dashboards and portfolio reports using Power BI, EasyBI, or similar visualization tools.
  • Practical understanding of project governance, stage-gate processes, risk management, and PMO templates (RAID logs, charters, status reports).
  • Experience tracking project financials, purchase orders, and resource capacity.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience supporting enterprise IT projects or working within SAP environments is preferred.
  • CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is considered an asset.
