Green Oasis is seeking a full-time Interior Horticulture Technician / Plant Care Service Professional. This role involves providing maintenance for customer plants, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the face of the company. The position offers a blend of physical activity and intellectual engagement, allowing you to develop horticultural expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance for customer plants.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive from site to site to care for plants.
- Water and maintain plants.
- Prune, clean, and care for tropical foliage.
- Fill and carry water buckets.
- Climb ladders.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to bend, reach, and climb a ladder.
- Ability to do lots of walking.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Background screening.
- Customer service skills.
- Love for plants and gardening.
- Positive attitude.
- Passion for customer service.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Ability to follow a schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organized, neat, and clean.
- Friendly team player able to work in occupied offices without disruption.
