About the Role

As the Activation GTM Lead for Corporate Account Security in ASIA, you will accelerate security revenue growth, boost field agility, and deliver results with our partners, sellers and marketing. You will support an impactful One-Microsoft approach by deepening partnerships with key stakeholders across GCR (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan) and ANZ (Australia & New Zealand). Your focus will be on driving alignment across processes and tools, optimizing partner impact and sales pipelines, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution, and leveraging insights for data-driven decision-making. This role is vital for driving scale managed customer adoption through comprehensive solution domain expertise, product integrity, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a thought leader, track success criteria and performance metrics, and work with emergent technology.
  • Create alignment and action across teams, remove roadblocks, and simplify complex concepts.
  • Serve as the primary product and technical advocate, evangelizing across products and the business.
  • Leverage product/technical expertise and market knowledge to develop competitive strategy, position value proposition, and tailor messaging.
  • Develop and execute business strategy, track plan efficacy, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Accept accountability for revenue, scorecard metrics, and KPIs.
  • Identify strategic priorities and drive alignment across the business.
  • Lead the definition and orchestration of strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Develop plans inclusive of marketing, field, customer success, and partner functions to support a One Microsoft approach.
  • Guide the development and execution of key programs that address customer, market, and partner requirements.
  • Ensure Sales Area segment field communities have the leadership and enablement needed to run the business locally.
  • Serve as the primary orchestrator between corporate and the field.
  • Ensure field and corporate leadership are aligned on business results and actions.
  • Drive Sales Area segment leadership by revealing and pursuing long-range, white-space growth opportunities and investment plans.
  • Cross-reference opportunities or best practices within the global market to expand and maximize performance.
  • Drive a pipeline of feedback from sales, customers, and partners.
  • Leverage regional competitive knowledge to develop business cases and land services with customers.
  • Provide authorization for investments and drive towards customer success.
  • Exemplify Microsoft Values, Culture, and Leadership Principles.
  • Create clarity by fostering a shared understanding and building a clear course of action.

Requirements

  • Extensive marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience of Microsoft Managed account Corporate Accounts customer segment Market, within ASIA area (at least 1 of the following: GCR, Australia, New Zealand).
  • Significant partner experience within the Commercial customer Market.
  • Experience within the Product Marketing area (ideally Security).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in GCR relevant Mandarin language at a Business Level.
  • Proven experience of managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex organization OR equivalent experience.
  • Go to Market (GTM) experience within the Security, Compliance and Identity areas.
