About the Role

Earl's Plumbing, Heating & Air is expanding its electrical division and seeking skilled Journeyman or Residential Wireman Electricians who are dependable, customer-focused, and eager to grow with a respected company.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, circuit diagrams, and electrical specifications.
• Install electrical panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, and conduit systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using industry-standard testing equipment.
• Perform electrical safety inspections and ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
• Install and upgrade EV chargers, smart home devices, surge protection, and electrical service panels.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain repair or upgrade recommendations.
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

• Current Journeyman or Residential Wireman Electrician experience.
• Experience working with residential electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (5+ years preferred).
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
