About the Role
This role supports the travel retail business by bridging commercial planning and operational execution. It is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven, and cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product ordering process, including sales forecasting, coordinating with retailers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of new launches and marketing programs.
- Maintain accurate pricing and product information.
- Support the sales team with allocation planning and communication.
- Ensure the right product mix is in place by reviewing sales performance, identifying assortment gaps, and monitoring stock levels.
- Resolve logistical issues to maintain healthy inventory.
- Coordinate product launches, events, and promotions, ensuring smooth operational execution.
- Prepare communications and distribute promotional materials.
- Support VIP visits and brand initiatives.
- Drive business performance and enhance the customer experience in Oceania travel retail through cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and operational follow-through.
Requirements
- Must have full rights to work within Australia (working holiday visas will not be considered).
