About the Role

The Chief of Staff (CoS) reports to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and collaborates with the Leadership Team (LT) to drive business, finance, and operations. This role ensures the effectiveness of the LT operating rhythm, owns operational excellence, budget and headcount management, resource and fiscal planning, and contributes to strategic decisions. The CoS is also part of the Copilot & Agent Core (CACore) Chief of Staff community, focused on driving efficiency and leveraging group efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Drives organization ROB processes and agendas.
  • Participates as a valued LT member, offering business perspectives for strategic decisions.
  • Maximizes CVP effectiveness by balancing priorities, communicating effectively, and participating in relevant meetings.
  • Engages with customers, partners, and the community to drive thought leadership and foster executive relationships.
  • Plans and coordinates ecosystem communications, including blog posts, events, and roundtables.
  • Proactively manages budget and headcount planning and strategy in partnership with finance and business management.
  • Ensures effective budget management, headcount management, and forecasting.
  • Partners with the staffing team to meet hiring requirements and elevate staffing conversations.
  • Improves processes, procedures, and initiatives within the CACore Chief of Staff community to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Shapes and drives the people agenda in partnership with HR and the LT.
  • Leads team health initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
  • In-depth experience of product/program/operational management or similar tech industry experience.
  • Previous experience in Chief of Staff or senior Business Management role.
  • Experience with financial modeling, analysis, and insights development with a large business.
  • Experience with leading a team of Business management/product/program/operational management professionals.
  • Strong verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally (with customers) at all organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced; sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and resilience under pressure.

  • £ 70,300.00 - £ 133,900.00 per year
