About the Role
This role provides essential support to the logistics merchandising and compliance team, ensuring the smooth operation of vendor relations and data accuracy. You will be a key point of contact, responsible for generating reports, onboarding new vendors, and ensuring compliance with TJX standards across various international markets.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Logistic merchandising and compliance team.
- Generate weekly reports for first reporting.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all TJX required logistics data and information.
- Onboard and train new vendors.
- Maintain and update contact information for all vendor services.
- Maintain and update the vendor welcome pack and compliance tracker.
- Ensure vendors provide correct documentation.
- Coordinate with the Buyer/MA team regarding PO flow and compliance requirements aligned with TJX standards.
- Ensure vendors have access to TJX and Freight Forwarders systems required for export.
- Work with vendors to ensure all required information is received for product and customs compliance related to the direct import of merchandise into U.S., Canada, and UK/EU markets.
- Provide support to the manager for the smooth running of the team.
- Manage vendor non-compliance activities and make recommendations for change and improvement.
- Make decisions relating to pending on-orders to enable timely and accurate shipping, preventing supply chain disruption.
