About the Role
Support Dasher supply and delivery quality efforts across Canadian markets. This role focuses on operational execution and marketplace health, ensuring sufficient quality Dashers are available to meet demand reliably across geographies and conditions.
Responsibilities
- Execute supply strategies supporting Dasher acquisition, mobilization, and retention.
- Support key supply levers, including onboarding pipelines, retention programs, and regional coverage tracking.
- Run programs that attract and retain quality Dashers.
- Reliably execute against supply frameworks to meet demand while maintaining strong delivery quality.
- Support structured analyses to identify supply gaps, diagnose root causes, and improve coverage and quality.
- Own Dasher supply health across Canadian markets, managing acquisition, mobilization, and retention.
- Diagnose and close supply gaps using data to identify root causes and deploy targeted interventions.
- Design and optimize programs that attract and retain quality Dashers.
- Manage supply across varying operating conditions, balancing short-term actions with longer-term planning.
- Lead data-driven analyses to measure supply performance, model program impacts, and surface recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Analytics, Legal, and Operations.
- Make tradeoff decisions between supply adequacy, delivery quality, and cost.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or a related field.
- Supported operational areas or projects, with exposure to quality and performance metrics.
- Highly analytical and comfortable using data and AI tools to diagnose issues, organize priorities, and track impact.
- Experience or coursework/internships in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with multiple competing priorities.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and communicating clearly to support stakeholder decisions.
