About the Role
This role is for an early-career individual to learn the operations of a fast-growing healthcare startup, supporting the Executive Assistant and CEO. You will gain experience in executive support, clinical operations, people, and culture.
Responsibilities
- Support leadership needs, including CEO-facing deliverables and anticipating leadership needs.
- Manage scheduling for internal and external meetings, including rescheduling and logistics.
- Book travel and manage expense tracking for leadership.
- Draft and send internal communications, meeting recaps, and follow-up emails.
- Maintain and improve internal tracking systems, SOPs, and shared documents.
- Capture and track action items from leadership syncs.
- Assist with vendor relationship management, including contracts and renewals.
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires, such as equipment coordination.
- Provide cross-functional administrative support to Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
- Manage office supplies, stocking, and new hire desk setups.
- Contribute to team culture by helping coordinate events, celebrations, and meetings.
Requirements
- Resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Strong written communication skills, including drafting professional emails and internal documents.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace and Slack.
- Willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and self-direct in a fast-moving environment.
- Eagerness to grow into an EA or operations role.
