About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support and maintain strong relationships with clients, including multinational customers and key accounts.
- Coordinate and support rate quotations to clients, overseas offices, and/or agents.
- Collaborate with team members for daily shipment status/reporting, introduce product/service features and benefits, qualify prospects, and support the sales team.
- Promote internally with overseas offices and/or agents to increase business volume according to the business plan.
- Support sales for business development and sales leads, including joint sales calls and assisting the sales team in ensuring efficient daily activities.
- Promote products with existing/potential customers and the Dimerco Express Group network, including corporate agents.
- Internally promote with overseas offices and agents to improve business volume according to the business plan.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills (verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments, other regional branches and offices, and all external contacts.
- Good organizational skills and ability to learn and retain information to build core industry-related skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
