Responsibilities
- Upgrade service qualities and workforce efficiency for all Business Units in the United States, Canada & Europe.
- Implement enhancement process & professionalism of security & compliance, including service quality, efficiency upgrade, and industry capability certified (C-TPAT, ISF/NRA, TSA, EMCP, FCPA, FMC, AES, KSMS, FAA, etc.).
- Act as an instructor to train business units' service quality seed members for future development needs.
- Participate in system integration projects for both existing & potential multinational customer (MNC) accounts.
- Coordinate with the global sales & marketing team to maintain current MNC customers' business as well as fulfill the KPI compliance.
- Assess business needs and identify current and future needs for customers.
- Conduct customer analysis using common courses of information to identify customer facts and trends to propose improvement solutions.
Requirements
- Proven ability to assess and anticipate both current and future customer needs.
- Experience in conducting customer analysis and recommending enhanced or upgraded solutions.
- Solid knowledge of international freight forwarding operations.
- Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and resolving customer pain points.
