About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to support our employees and trainees, contributing to the healthy meal provision for children in the area of special educational needs support.

Responsibilities

  • Support, advise, and accompany colleagues with severe disabilities in the work process.
  • Instruct and qualify trainees.
  • Assist with problem situations and find joint solutions.
  • Coordinate training.
  • Maintain contact with supervisors, parents, and teachers.
  • Act as a point of contact for counseling and support services, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), the inclusion office, and vocational schools.
  • Acquire and build networks.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with management, kitchen management, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training/additional training or studies in rehabilitation pedagogy, special education, inclusion counseling, or similar.
  • ReZA - Rehabilitative Pedagogical Additional Qualification.
  • Good IT skills.
