About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to support our employees and trainees, contributing to the healthy meal provision for children in the area of special educational needs support.
Responsibilities
- Support, advise, and accompany colleagues with severe disabilities in the work process.
- Instruct and qualify trainees.
- Assist with problem situations and find joint solutions.
- Coordinate training.
- Maintain contact with supervisors, parents, and teachers.
- Act as a point of contact for counseling and support services, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), the inclusion office, and vocational schools.
- Acquire and build networks.
- Collaborate and coordinate with management, kitchen management, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training/additional training or studies in rehabilitation pedagogy, special education, inclusion counseling, or similar.
- ReZA - Rehabilitative Pedagogical Additional Qualification.
- Good IT skills.
