Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure timely and accurate completion of daily Air Export operations.
- Lead Air Export training initiatives and oversee export process, book, assign HAWB, and assist with operational accounting functions.
- Operate all jobs under the proper & timely usage of company internal system, including data & sales/costs entry.
- Maintain services toward customer satisfaction & excellence through good communication & coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners.
- Handle & coordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agents to ensure the shipment executed smoothly on a daily basis.
- Generate shipment Debit Note.
- Send pre-alert to overseas agents.
- Make shipment booking with airlines.
- Monitor & handle Air Export Custom declaration.
- Follow-up & update shipment information related to Air Export & Brokerage.
- Monthly Close Lot Air Export.
- Perform any other assignments from management as needed.
