About the Role

The Revenue Analytics division is responsible for creating new means, methods, and metrics to drive revenue across the enterprise. This role supports analytics and strategic insights across A+E Global Media’s digital portfolio and distribution partnerships, leveraging behavioral analytics, market research, and KPI-driven insights to monitor business performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize recurring reports and dashboards in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
  • Manage ad hoc reporting and research requests, present findings clearly and strategically, and proactively surface recommendations.
  • Analyze audience behavior, engagement trends, consumption patterns, and platform performance across digital and distribution partners.
  • Synthesize large datasets, competitive intelligence, and marketplace trends into clear, actionable insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across Research, Distribution, Digital, and Content to champion data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in distribution research at a media company.
  • Knowledge of the media and distribution landscape, including MVPDs, vMVPDs, TV Everywhere, AVOD, SVOD and FAST platforms.
  • At least 3 years of experience analyzing large datasets, conducting competitive research, and developing performance reporting.
  • At least 2 years of Adobe Analytics and Nielsen.
  • Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience using BI tools.
  • 5+ years of experience in distribution research at a media company (Ideal Candidate).
  • Prior experience building BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Domo or other data visualization tools) (Ideal Candidate).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Ideal Candidate).
