About the Role
The Coordinator, Marketing supports the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for brand and audience-driven campaigns. Success requires strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Supports the development and execution of integrated campaigns that effectively engage key audiences across brand and audience-specific initiatives.
- Assists with compiling campaign assets, messaging and routing materials for review and approval across multiple marketing campaigns.
- Coordinates day-to-day work with external vendors and partners to ensure deliverables are met.
- Assists in the development, execution, and performance tracking of paid and pro bono media plans.
- Partners with creative and event teams to help develop brand activations that drive audience engagement and expand reach.
- Contributes to identifying and cultivating brand marketing partnerships that enhance visibility and impact.
- Collaborates with the corporate partnerships team to support marketing needs tied to development initiatives.
- Coordinates project management across integrated campaigns and key initiatives using internal tools, processes, and workflows.
- Organizes and facilitates virtual and in-person team meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, notetaking, and documentation of key takeaways.
- Provides stakeholders with clear updates on project status, milestones, timelines, and performance insights.
- Serves as a point of contact for inbound requests from external vendors and prospective brand partners, evaluating and routing as appropriate.
- Monitors emerging marketing trends and shares relevant insights or recommendations to inform testing and innovation.
- Supports the marketing team with the vendor invoicing process and maintains accurate budget tracking across all marketing initiatives.
- Partners with analytics and reporting leads to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure awareness and engagement across campaigns, key moments, and priority projects.
- Contributes to the development of campaign and project reports by compiling data and summarizing performance insights.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly organize and share information with team members and stakeholders.
- Foundational knowledge of marketing principles and tactics used to build awareness and engage audiences.
- Solid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting timelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners in a diverse, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable in supporting assigned projects and tasks.
- Interest in staying informed on marketing trends and best practices, with a willingness to learn and apply new ideas.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting within marketing, communication, nonprofit, or related environments.
- Ability to model and support ASPCA’s core values and contribute positively to team culture.

Experience Level

Salary/Compensations
- $27.41 - $28.85 / hour
