About the Role
We are seeking a commercially minded Business and Growth Manager to expand and commercialize NRMA’s Corporate Driver Training business into a scalable B2B offering. You will lead the commercial growth agenda, focusing on pipeline development, converting new opportunities, shaping compelling training propositions, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for corporate, government, and fleet customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the growth and commercial performance of NRMA’s Corporate Driver Training business, with accountability for pipeline development, revenue growth, conversion, and customer retention.
- Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline across corporate fleet, government, procurement, and member ecosystem channels.
- Originate, develop, and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach, strategic networking, targeted engagement, and disciplined opportunity management.
- Develop account-based growth strategies for priority clients and sectors, driving acquisition, deeper engagement, renewals, upsell, and long-term recurring revenue.
- Shape and evolve the Corporate Driver Training product strategy, including scalable eLearning, digital, blended, and in-person training propositions.
- Define go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and partnership models that strengthen market positioning and accelerate growth.
- Lead commercial deal development, including proposals, pricing strategy, and negotiation, aligned to customer needs and margin expectations.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, Operations, Sales, and Delivery teams to turn market demand into high-quality, scalable service delivery.
- Use market, customer, and pipeline insights to refine the product roadmap, improve conversion, and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Represent Corporate Driver Training in external engagements, strategic discussions, and industry networks, building trusted relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving commercial growth in a B2B environment, with strong pipeline, revenue, and customer retention outcomes.
- Strong business development capability, including the confidence to originate opportunities, build relationships, and convert leads into revenue.
- Experience developing account-based growth strategies and managing senior client or partner relationships.
- Commercial acumen across pricing, proposals, negotiation, margin management, and scalable product or service propositions.
- Experience shaping product strategy, commercializing services, or growing new offerings in a customer-led environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Digital, Operations, and Delivery teams to achieve shared outcomes.
- Experience in training, education, fleet, government, regulated industries, eLearning, or driver safety solutions would be highly regarded.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
