About the Role

As our Field Marketing Manager, you will work closely with Sales to execute field programs and account-based marketing (ABM) plays for key accounts. This is a hands-on role for an early-career professional eager to learn, get creative, and directly impact deal progression. You will have ownership from day one, with coaching and opportunities for growth. Your scope, budget, and responsibilities will expand as our West Coast presence grows.

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and execute field marketing experiences, including regional dinners, happy hours, and hackathons, to connect with active opportunities and target accounts.
  • Support ABM programs for key accounts across various channels such as direct mail, events, digital, gifting, and content.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics and execution for field events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, invitations, registration, on-site management, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Sales to understand territory priorities and account dynamics, ensuring all programs align with pipeline generation goals.
  • Track program impact, including account engagement, attendance, pilot starts, and influenced pipeline, and share key learnings.
  • Contribute innovative ideas, test new tactics, push boundaries, and help the company stand out in its marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in field, event, growth, or ABM marketing (internships and adjacent roles are applicable).
  • Familiarity with, or a strong willingness to quickly learn, tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot (or similar), and intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Possess strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple events and deadlines effectively.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, including pulling basic reports, interpreting metrics, and using data to inform decisions.
  • Demonstrate a collaborative style that quickly builds trust with Sales and marketing team members.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, embracing experimentation and real-time adjustments.
  • A creative thinker capable of translating broad goals into concrete plans and executing them successfully.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%, with potential for up to 50% travel seasonally.
