About the Role
This role is for a full-cycle GTM recruiter to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building the operating system for construction and field service contractors.
Responsibilities
- Own requisitions end to end, working closely with hiring managers to build pipeline, run process, and close candidates.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Run structured interview processes: intakes, scorecards, debriefs, offers, and close.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing and calibration.
- Represent company culture and mission credibly to candidates evaluating a construction-tech B2B SaaS opportunity.
- Direct, consultative communication with hiring managers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience
- Full-cycle ownership of requisitions from intake through offer and close, without heavy reliance on inbound pipelines
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-activity recruiting environment with meaningful req volume
- Direct sourcing as a core skill, not just a nice-to-have
- Experience partnering with hiring managers on leveling, process, and calibration
