About the Role
This role supports Client Relationship Managers in managing significant clients, delivering on client requirements, identifying opportunities, and developing innovative client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Support the CRM in implementing client portfolio growth strategies.
- Assist with internal co-ordination and maintain account plans, trackers, and progress updates.
- Monitor objectives and maintain accurate records of client management activities.
- Ensure accountability across multi-dimensional client relationships.
- Co-ordinate and support day-to-day client team operations.
- Facilitate timely communication between partners and lawyers.
- Manage follow-up on agreed actions.
- Assist in the execution of client growth strategies.
- Support the development of high-quality bids and client-facing materials.
- Compile information and deliver on client reporting requirements.
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Events teams to deliver client-facing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment in a client-facing or business development support role.
- Exposure to client management and relationship building.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with business services colleagues.
- Confidence in engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Developing ability to navigate a partnership environment.
- Experience supporting or co-ordinating tenders, bids, or pitches.
- Project management experience of associated workstreams and deadlines.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Commercial acumen, including the ability to contribute to opportunity identification, pitching, and pricing considerations.
- High attention to detail.
