Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical research studies while ensuring exceptional patient care and protocol compliance
- Screen and assess patient eligibility for investigational studies
- Coordinate informed consent, patient education, follow-up visits, and ongoing study participation
- Collaborate with physicians, research teams, sponsors, and Institutional Review Boards (IRB)
- Monitor study medications, laboratory testing, specimen processing, and protocol compliance
- Assist with policy development, nursing education, and implementation of research protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) REQUIRED
- Current New York Registered Nurse License REQUIRED
- Minimum Two Years of Clinical Nursing Experience REQUIRED
- Clinical Research Experience Preferred
- Experience Coordinating Clinical Trials and Research Protocols Preferred
- Strong Patient Education and Assessment Skills REQUIRED
- Excellent Communication, Organization, and Documentation Skills REQUIRED
