Responsibilities
- Manage all schedule and pricing requests from builder customers.
- Ensure work ticket scheduling and close out processes are executed daily.
- Work closely with branch office managers, accounting, and estimating departments.
- Process work requests from home builders and homeowners via scheduling websites, emails, and phone calls.
- Update work ticket statuses promptly.
- Provide accurate documentation to accounting for billable work.
- Route non-schedule related inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Update project records in scheduling software upon submission of project documents or purchase orders.
- Coordinate with Branch Office Managers to ensure the next day's work list and documentation are accurate.
- Add appointments to Google Calendar and upload into NetSuite.
- Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and proactively present relevant products or services when assisting existing customers.
Requirements
- Experience in a Customer Service or Sales Representative Role.
- Bilingual is a major plus.
- Excellent, friendly, and effective communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Positive attitude with excitement for helping keep branch teams organized and prepared.
- Basic administrative knowledge.
- Organized with high attention to detail.
- Punctual.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a high-volume company environment.
- Must be able to type 40 WPM.
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment criminal, driving, and drug screen.
