About the Role
Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Real Estate Account Manager to aid real estate clients with service needs and changes to existing accounts. This role involves specific service and marketing responsibilities, requiring adherence to Acrisure's service and sales delivery standards. The position supports the sales team in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones by providing essential service support.
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to address all servicing needs.
- Process policies, endorsements, and audits.
- Enter policy data into the client management system.
- Order loss runs for remarketing accounts.
- Become proficient in carrier websites for quoting when remarketing or adding coverage.
- Maintain organized desk and files.
- Provide superior customer service.
- Properly utilize the management system to track pending items.
- Communicate with carriers for underwriting matters, audits, endorsements, and recommendations.
- Expedite certificates of insurance when the CSR team is short-staffed and clients require them immediately.
- Run MVRs and update driver lists when required.
- Prepare renewal rating quotes based on applications.
- Process and issue binders.
- Attend agency and department meetings, as well as training and education sessions.
Requirements
- Commercial insurance industry experience or demonstrated ability to handle job complexities.
- Commercial insurance real estate experience highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and be proactive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Applied Systems / EPIC experience is a plus.
- Active Property and Casualty License required.
- Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence.
