About the Role
Marcus & Millichap Denver is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to provide full-time marketing and transaction coordination support to its largest brokerage team. The role requires a professional, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual who can deliver high-quality materials and results on or ahead of schedule, going above and beyond to support senior managing brokers.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and production of large marketing presentations with short lead-times.
- Gather research information and complete market surveys, including building information, maps, pictures, and Costar data.
- Prepare property marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, direct mail, and tour books with a high level of accuracy.
- Ensure all marketing materials consistently represent the Marcus & Millichap brand and adhere to corporate graphic standards.
- Update and maintain broker professional profiles and other marketing-related materials.
- Type, format, and produce documents like presentations, correspondence, and standard reports with attention to detail.
- Create repeatable and ad-hoc client presentations, coordinating data receipt, report creation/updates using PowerPoint, and generating final client-ready reports.
- Create e-blasts and mailers, and construct contact lists using the team database.
- Participate in regular team meetings to understand and facilitate client goals.
- Submit brokerage request forms via the intranet for approval.
- Update and maintain the company database to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
Requirements
- Minimum of three to five years’ experience supporting multiple people, preferably in commercial real estate or other professional services.
- Experience with InDesign software is ideal.
- Tech-savvy with high proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and CRM (Salesforce or similar).
- High level of proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Mapping, and database software.
- Intermediate to advanced oral and written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Strong proofreading and editing abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles.
- Proven ability to consistently manage multiple projects with accuracy and meet assigned deadlines.
