About the Role

Coordinate furniture projects from planning through delivery, supporting the sales force and sales managers with administrative needs, reviewing project plans, managing orders, monitoring schedules, and providing customer updates. Resolve issues with manufacturers, confirm project completion, and ensure accurate invoicing. Report on sales and assist with client services and sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales force and sales managers with administrative needs
  • Review project plans and specifications for accuracy
  • Manage orders and documentation
  • Monitor schedules
  • Provide customers with timely updates
  • Work with manufacturers to resolve any issues
  • Confirm project completion
  • Ensure invoicing is accurate
  • Report on sales
  • Assist with other duties that support client services and sales operations

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Physical ability to regularly sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • At least two years of customer service experience preferred
  • A bachelor's degree is also a plus
