About the Role

This part-time Law Clerk opportunity in our Westchester, New York office is ideal for law students seeking valuable, hands-on experience. You will work closely with experienced attorneys on active client matters, develop practical legal skills, and gain exposure to a wide variety of practice areas within a firm that values its people, collaboration, professional growth, development, and true mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research
• Drafting memoranda and correspondence
• Reviewing pleadings and case materials
• Assisting with litigation matters and preparation
• Supporting attorneys on a range of client matters across a plethora of practice groups

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school
• Open to 1L and 2L students
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
