About the Role
The Client Success team ensures clients receive value exceeding their investment by understanding their business priorities, breaking down challenges, and identifying effective solutions. This role involves onboarding clients, demonstrating service value, and encouraging engagement with Gartner products.
Responsibilities
- Drive monthly client touchpoints.
- Support client onboarding and renewals.
- Proactively deliver relevant research tailored to clients' key technology challenges.
- Manage administrative and operational details with high energy.
- Provide timely status updates and practice proactive overcommunication.
- Partner with senior Gartner team members to identify C-level client initiatives and provide solutions.
- Conduct quarterly review calls with clients.
- Send relevant research and information based on client business initiatives and challenges.
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, operational efficiency, and quality.
- Collaborate with others to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional and/or internship experience.
- Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Ability to use English at a business or fluent level (speaking, reading & writing).
