About the Role

The candidate will provide data analysis and management for various COVID Data Dashboard and distribution of COVID data to external entities and the public. The contractor will also perform data management and analytic tasks including researching and documenting technical designs, programming solutions, writing and executing unit test plans, researching, resolving, and testing defects, customer technical support, and close collaboration with other team members.

Responsibilities

Provide data analysis and management for COVID Data Dashboard.
Distribute COVID data to external entities and the public.
Perform data management and analytic tasks.
Research and document technical designs.
Develop programming solutions.
Write and execute unit test plans.
Research, resolve, and test defects.
Provide customer technical support.
Collaborate closely with other team members.

Requirements

At least a bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution.
A copy of the degree must be submitted.
6 years of experience with development in medium to large-scale technical projects, assuring deliverables and project scope are met and well documented.
6 years of experience with data analytics including processing, reporting, transformation, visualization.
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.)
Data processing and ETL pipelines
Cloud native and hybrid applications using serverless platforms
