About the Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll work hands-on to help lead Uline’s daily warehouse operations. It’s an exciting time to join our growing company - with new opportunities and job stability you can count on!

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, working hands-on through an 18-month rotational program.
• Coach and develop teams across inbound, outbound and operational support functions.
• Drive accuracy, safety and productivity in a fast-paced, high-performance warehouse environment.
• Expand leadership skills through hands-on operational experience and warehouse equipment certifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience managing 10+ people in a fast-paced warehouse management environment.
• Ability to train and develop employees while promoting accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

Education Level

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary/Compensations

• $35 - $42 per hour
