About the Role
As a Product Manager - Partner and Channel Offerings, you will own the commercial strategy for assigned products and portfolio offerings, ensuring alignment with broader Rockwell Automation priorities such as outcome-based selling and ARR. You will collaborate across commercial marketing, sales, channel, and product management to drive launches, enable partners, and deliver growth through a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitive landscape. You will report to the Product Management Head.
Responsibilities
- Articulate the business value of the product and align the commercial strategy with broader Rockwell Automation strategies (e.g., outcome-based selling, ARR).
- Collaborate with Commercial Marketing on all external commercial messaging, launches, campaigns, and brand awareness.
- Use Voice-of-Customer / User Research with current and prospective customers to identify pain points at a market and user level.
- Execute strategies for customer product lifecycle management and lead or participate in campaigns for migration solutions for active mature products.
- Drive commercial readiness activities for new product introductions.
- Lead sales enablement activities and work with channel partners to educate them on solution offerings, licensing, and procurement.
- Understand the evolution of the buying process and serve as the liaison to the ecommerce team for assigned product(s) or portfolio offerings.
- Act as commercial lead on customer-facing issues and complaints within the business for related products or portfolio offerings.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive threats within target automation markets and their technical impact on the portfolio and Rockwell Automation's strategy and priorities.
- Execute commercial initiatives and programs across the portfolio that provide competitive advantages.
- Drive market analysis (TAM, SAM, etc.) and develop strategies for growth.
- Collaborate with the global pricing team on global pricing strategy for assigned product(s) or portfolio offerings.
- Create and leverage buyer personas tailored to assigned product(s) or portfolio offerings.
- Lead or participate in coordination and planning activities for customer events such as ROKLive and Automation Fair.
- Drive VOC engagement for new commercial programs and migration opportunities.
- Participate as a commercial market thought leader in AOP/BSR planning processes.
- Collaborate with product management to create internal/external outcome-based roadmaps and commercial collateral, and maintain artifacts on Seismic.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management, solution delivery, technical consulting, commercial portfolio management, or solution sales experience.
- Deep awareness of the application of managed products in automation, ideally across multiple industries.
- Knowledge and experience in automation, operational IT, related standards, and Industry 4.0 / Industrial Internet of Things.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada is required.

Salary/Compensations
- Base Salary Compensation is from ($104,640 CAD - $130,800 CAD) with an annual target bonus of (8%) of base salary.
