About the Role
As a Client Account Manager II, you will drive a sophisticated book of business for top Fashion and Apparel advertisers on Pinterest. You will act as a trusted consultant, leveraging technical expertise, performance media knowledge, and strategic thinking to deliver measurable results and help brands connect with high-intent consumers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a sophisticated book of Fashion/Apparel client accounts, collaborating with partners to optimize campaigns and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Translate partner goals and data into clear, actionable insights for effective performance media strategies.
- Advise clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement best practices with a focus on performance outcomes.
- Lead technical conversations around API integrations, clean rooms, click-based multi-touch attribution, and large product feed management.
- Participate in client meetings to understand needs, solve complex challenges, and promote Pinterest solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies, clearly explaining complex products, processes, and technical integrations.
- Build strong partner relationships and proactively expand opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Move quickly and scrappily to build solutions and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in performance media and digital advertising sales, preferably with performance-focused or eCommerce advertisers.
- Comfortable with technical integrations including APIs, clean rooms, and feed-based media.
- Deep understanding of digital ad technologies across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value client accounts independently and drive results.
- Self-starter mentality — you move fast, think scrappily, and build solutions without waiting to be told how.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrates curiosity and a willingness to explore AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity, including campaign setup, performance reporting, client communications, and research.
