About the Role

The Hotel IT Manager at The Elysee NYC is responsible for ensuring all technology and systems are functioning properly, coordinating with vendors for timely technical support, and managing IT projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all technology and systems are working properly.
• Coordinating with vendors and IT partners for quality and timely technical support.
• Managing projects, vendors, and IT budgets.
• Providing general technical support and performing other technical tasks.
• Keeping stakeholders, vendors, corporate, and ownership updated on systems and IT projects.
• Assisting with the deployment, maintenance, and upgrading of hotel systems and platforms.
• Maintaining inventories and conducting on-site training.
• Establishing policies and procedures.
• Budgeting computer-related items.
• Maintaining relationships with the corporate office and Crescent Technology team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hospitality IT experience is highly preferred.
• Open weekday availability and ability to work weekends when necessary.
• Experience dealing with multiple hotel associates, corporate associates, IT vendors/partnerships, and ownership.
• Proficient in task/project management, including project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
