About the Role

Seeking an experienced Epic Patient Access Lead to provide technical leadership and hands-on build expertise for the Patient Access team during an Epic implementation. This role involves mentoring new analysts and supporting project activities through go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic Patient Access build and configuration activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to newly certified Epic analysts.
• Support project planning, testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
• Participate in monthly GLRAs and provide onsite command center support during the November go-live.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading Patient Access implementations and build activities.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills.
