About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking a Digital Employee Experience Platforms Lead to own the vision and delivery of an AI-driven intranet. This role will create a single, intelligent front door for company knowledge, tools, and workflows, integrating live events, Slack, enterprise search, and daily information delivery into a connected experience tailored to each role. The position also involves managing the strategy and governance of underlying platforms and setting AI standards across them. The role requires balancing quick-win policy and governance work with long-term platform strategy definition, in close partnership with Communications, People team/HR, Engineering, and the AI delivery team.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and delivery of CoreWeave's AI-driven intranet.
- Integrate live company events, Slack, enterprise search, and information delivery into one connected experience.
- Tailor the employee experience to each role and persona across the company.
- Own the strategy and governance of underlying platforms individually.
- Set the standard for how AI appears across all employee platforms.
- Split time between policy and governance work that ships quickly and longer-term platform strategy definition.
- Work in close partnership with Communications, People team/HR, Engineering, and the AI delivery team.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of product management experience.
- Experience leading digital workplace, employee experience, or internal platform products is a plus.
- Experience with platforms such as Slack, Confluence, Glean (or comparable enterprise search), intranet platforms, and employee communications technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI products and emerging AI workflows, with the ability to translate new capabilities into product strategy.
- Experience leading both platform modernization initiatives and organizational change across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent judgment in information architecture, digital communications, and employee experience design.
- A track record of succeeding in fast-moving, high-growth environments where defining the strategy is as important as executing it.
- Ability to turn ambiguous, cross-functional problems into a concrete roadmap and ship against it.
- Curiosity about how AI can reshape internal tools and everyday workflows.
- Expertise in balancing governance and policy work with hands-on platform building.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to access export controlled information without authorization, or eligible and likely to obtain the required export authorization.
