Product Specialists will professionally and courteously assist customers with vehicle technology questions via email, phone, and in person to ensure owners maximize their vehicle's potential.

- Ensure owners get the most out of their vehicles.
- Accurately manage inquiries and update customer files using MS Office Suite and CRM/lead management tools.

- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
