About the Role

Product Specialists will professionally and courteously assist customers with vehicle technology questions via email, phone, and in person to ensure owners maximize their vehicle's potential.

  • Accurately manage inquiries and update customer files using MS Office Suite and CRM/lead management tools.

  • Ability to understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to process data and organize it for management analysis.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to understand and follow work rules and procedures.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters.
  • Ability to interact well with others.
  • Light Work: lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Walking or standing for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp, and walk on a regular basis.

  • Ability to perform repetitive motion.
  • May encounter heat and cold when demonstrating vehicles.
  • May work in both covered (showroom) and outdoor areas.
  • Some positions may require a valid driver's license and good driving record.
