About the Role
Born Social is seeking an Influence Manager to shape creator partnerships, moving beyond one-off activations to unlock creators as genuine partners in brand building. This role involves working within a team of 10 across London and New York, reporting to a Senior Influence Manager and led by the Head of Influence.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and build relationships with creators who align with client brands, audiences, and objectives.
- Vet creators to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
- Prepare compelling pitch selections for clients with thoughtful reasoning.
- Support the Senior team in developing clear and compelling briefing documents for creators.
- Collate briefs and brief creators/agents via call or in person, providing clarity and creative inspiration.
- Own day-to-day creator and talent agency relationships from start to finish.
- Provide creators with key information, ensure deadlines are met, and build ongoing relationships.
- Support the Senior team with campaign budget management and deliverable optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with brand teams to provide feedback on creator content and manage edits.
- Schedule content in line with wider content plans for maximum impact.
- Manage analytics from each creator and ensure data trackers are up to date.
- Set up creators with the Creator Management Tool for ongoing measurement.
- Develop smart measurement frameworks with strategy and senior Influence leads to support brand performance.
- Provide learnings and insights to inform client campaign reports.
- Support the team in growing the network of talent & agency contacts.
- Contribute to growing the roster on the Born Creator Community.
- Recommend ways to engage creators and agents through thought leadership, education, and events.

- Fascination with brands, their marketing strategies, and the use of social media and creators.
- Natural curiosity about the developments of the digital world.

- 1-3 years of experience working in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or the wider creator economy.
- Agency experience is a bonus.
