About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer experience by educating customers on Verizon products and services and guiding them through the buying process to meet sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Create an ideal customer experience daily
- Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process
- Educate customers on Verizon products and services
- Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed production standards
- Handle customer situations to satisfy needs
- Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks
- Complete all required training
- Set an example of personal and professional conduct
- Develop professional skills for career advancement
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a retail environment
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Ability to travel to various locations within the assigned district
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must provide proof of work eligibility in the US
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
