About the Role

This role focuses on providing hands-on Mac desktop support, with limited Windows exposure, and supporting various IT requests including printer troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding, and pilot initiatives with AI-enabled devices. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical users is essential.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Mac desktop support with limited Windows exposure
• Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
• Supporting walk-up, Slack, Teams, and email-based IT requests
• Assisting with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning
• Supporting internal pilot initiatives, including setup and configuration of AI-enabled devices
• Communicating clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical users across all levels of the organization

Requirements

• Supporting primarily MacOS environments with limited Windows exposure
• Broader OS familiarity is a plus but not required
• Always room for automation and scripting in the role, Python & Bash
