About the Role
Join our Executive Operations Team as a strategic partner to leadership, managing calendars, travel, meeting preparation, expenses, and logistics. You will ensure smooth operations, identify and resolve issues, and help define operational excellence as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, understanding the business to drive priorities forward.
- Manage competing requests to enable leaders to focus on high-impact decisions.
- Own core competencies including calendars, travel, meeting preparation, expenses, and logistics.
- Identify and resolve operational friction points, implementing new processes as the company scales.
- Build rapport with peers across the company, acting as a trusted confidante and facilitating communication.
- Manage end-to-end interactions with candidates, customers, investors, and board members.
- Ensure prompt and polished communications and well-prepared in-person experiences.
- Proactively identify gaps, conflicts, and risks, proposing solutions and seeking alignment.
Requirements
- Extremely organized and accountable, skilled at managing multiple competing priorities.
- Proactive identification of gaps, conflicts, and risks.
- Highly responsive with comfort in regular text communication and quick decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy and follow-through.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Slack, Notion, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Ramp, and other productivity tools.
- Confident communicator representing revenue and operational leadership with professionalism and discretion.
- Flexible with working hours to support business needs, customer schedules, and executive cadences.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, autonomy, and scaling systems in a startup environment.
- Prior experience supporting C-level executives or founders is a plus.
- Startup, tech, or AI industry exposure is a plus.
- Experience at Series B, Series C, or growth-stage companies is a plus.
- Experience coordinating offsites, SKOs, or large customer-facing events is a plus.
