About the Role

Raptive is seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to design innovative solutions, provide end-user support, and continuously roll out new features. This role involves collaborating with a close-knit team of Salesforce experts to improve systems and processes, turning ideas into maintainable Salesforce work that enhances user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Complete hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration work as part of regular sprint delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing team process improvements for efficient Salesforce workflow.
  • Own intake and triage for Salesforce feature requests, bugs, and enhancements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and translate needs into actionable Salesforce work.
  • Lead Salesforce solutioning for new requests, evaluating configuration options, process impacts, data implications, user experience, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Partner with the Salesforce administration team to ensure solutions are well-defined, technically feasible, and aligned with best practices.
  • Help resolve Salesforce tickets, support issues, and process bottlenecks.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce process and platform documentation.
  • Support release readiness, stakeholder communication, testing context, and post-release validation for Salesforce changes.

Requirements

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • 5+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a customized Salesforce environment with 100+ users
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in a Salesforce, CRM, business systems, sales operations, or revenue operations environment
  • 1+ years experience with data hygiene work or data analysis in support of systems and team members.
  • Ability to think critically and logically through complex data adjustments.
  • Experience owning Salesforce solution design or business systems work from intake through release in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across all levels.
  • Ability to learn the ins and outs of the business, retain information, and apply it.
  • Strong Salesforce solution judgment, including the ability to balance out-of-the-box functionality, configuration, customization, scalability, maintainability, and an appropriate level of effort.
  • Detail-oriented and process-minded, with the ability to create scalable workflows and documentation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks.
