About the Role
Build and own the software behind marketing and sales, including customer-facing web experiences, internal apps and automations, and AI agents that drive conversion. Own these systems end-to-end to enable rapid testing and iteration. Also, own marketing's measurement, including reporting, attribution, and journey analysis, to understand conversion drivers. This role operates on a centralized data platform, involves close partnership with RevOps, and treats marketing and sales as customers. It is an early-stage, high-ownership engineering position located in NYC, with the opportunity to shape go-to-market operations as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Build and own customer-facing web experiences that drive top-of-funnel conversion, ensuring they are fast for A/B testing and personalization, and build the associated funnel reporting.
- Develop internal applications, automations, and AI agents for go-to-market operations, such as a partner hub for stats and content access, or automating manual reporting and lead routing.
- Own marketing analytics and measurement, including reporting, attribution, and full journey analysis, to provide insights into what is working and enable iteration.
- Manage web and product analytics, reconciling Amplitude with GA4, establishing AEO reporting, and mapping the complete visit-to-signed-case journey.
- Contribute to conversational BI by building curated datasets and AI-readable documentation to enable self-service data querying.
- Develop on the central data platform and collaborate closely with RevOps.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
- Ability to ship production-quality frontend code.
- Capability to contribute to backend, data (Python/SQL), and AI tooling.
- Experience building with LLMs and agents.
- Strong data skills, including SQL and BI, with the ability to own measurement and translate business questions into reliable answers.
- Experience with GTM/marketing data, including CRM, paid media, web and product analytics, and attribution is a plus.
- Demonstrated bias for action, scrappiness, and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with high ownership.
- Willingness to work in-office in New York City 5 days a week.
