About the Role
This role is responsible for building awareness, driving engagement, and inspiring loyalty among prospects and referral sources by translating sophisticated product and process information into compelling messaging, training materials, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled designer, and exceptional written and verbal communicator, capable of delivering high-impact campaigns that support division goals and strengthen relationships with primary audiences.
Responsibilities
- Leading push communication strategies
- Developing account-based and division-wide marketing initiatives
- Producing and maintaining a wide range of marketing assets— from technical brochures and case studies to social media content and presentations
- Collaborating closely with sales teams and external partners to set strategies, coordinate projects, and champion initiatives that drive measurable results
- Managing the division’s marketing strategy from ideation to completion, including budget management and campaign performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to independently set strategy and execute on ideas
- Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality
- Ability to independently prioritize and reprioritize tasks based on changing needs
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to advocate for ideas and foster alignment across teams
