About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented VP, Product Management – Digital Assets to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of core aspects of our digital assets product portfolio. This leader will identify market opportunities, define product strategy, and drive the development of innovative, scalable, and compliant digital asset solutions that meet client needs and support business growth, across areas including Digital Transfer Agency and Tokenization. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, operations, risk, legal, compliance, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for digital assets products and capabilities
  • Identify customer needs, market opportunities, competitive trends, and regulatory developments to inform product direction
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and launch new products, features, and enhancements aligned with business goals and client demand
  • Build business cases, including market sizing, ROI analysis, pricing, and commercialization strategy
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and other cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and client-facing teams
  • Ensure products are operationally ready, scalable, and aligned with regulatory and risk requirements
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and market feedback to continuously improve the product portfolio
  • Act as a senior thought partner and subject matter expert on digital assets across the organization
  • Lead complex, high-impact initiatives and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business

Requirements

  • Significant experience in product management, with a track record of leading complex products or platforms from strategy through execution
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment and partnering with legal, compliance, risk, and operations teams
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving market and navigate ambiguity with a strategic, client-focused mindset

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of digital assets and related market infrastructure, which may include blockchain-based products, tokenized assets, custody, trading, wallets, settlement, staking, or adjacent capabilities
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with product strategy, business case development, pricing, and go-to-market planning
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Deep understanding of trends shaping the digital assets landscape and their implications for institutional or enterprise clients
  • Ability to balance innovation with strong operational, regulatory, and risk discipline
  • Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience building and scaling new product offerings in emerging or rapidly changing markets
