About the Role

The Records & Information Governance Program Manager coordinates and drives the execution of Records and Information Governance (RIG) initiatives. This role serves as the central point for project planning, tracking, reporting, documentation, and communication within the RIG program, ensuring commitments are met, projects stay on track, and priorities are managed effectively. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple Information Governance and Records Management initiatives simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestone schedules, action plans, and implementation trackers.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Follow up with project stakeholders to ensure commitments, milestones, and action items are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate project intake, prioritization, and workload tracking.
  • Support leadership by maintaining visibility into ongoing initiatives, priorities, and resource needs.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, leadership meetings, and stakeholder working sessions.
  • Capture meeting notes, decisions, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain centralized documentation for projects, initiatives, and records-related activities.
  • Assist leadership with preparing status updates, reports, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Create and maintain project dashboards, status reports, KPI trackers, risk logs, and project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, implementation plans, and workflow documentation.
  • Provide regular reporting on project health, milestone completion, and upcoming priorities.
  • Track and manage dependencies across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups.
  • Partner closely with Records Operations Manager, specialty team leaders, client stakeholders, and support teams to coordinate project activities.
  • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and project priorities.
  • Escalate issues, risks, and resource constraints when appropriate.
  • Help establish consistent project management practices, workflows, and tracking methodologies across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and program coordination experience, including managing multiple concurrent initiatives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, customer-service orientation, and a strong team-first mindset.
  • Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to a Firm office and be able to travel onsite as required.

Salary/Compensations

  • Up to 90,000 USD per year
