About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Perform labor duties related to shipping, receiving, packaging, and labeling of manufactured products.
  • Apply automated and manual material management practices with accuracy, including FIFO and SAP.
  • Operate production machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, safely.
  • Receive, ship, and store materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.'s) and company guidelines.
  • Verify sales orders with finished products.
  • Pack, seal, label, and ship finished products using established shipping modes.
  • Ensure accurate physical and system receipt of inbound material, precise sampling, and accurate put away and location recording in SAP.
  • Stretch wrap and stage finished products for shipping.
  • Load and unload materials from delivery trucks.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions for handling and measuring chemical ingredients and products.
  • Demonstrate leadership in applying company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work overtime as needed.
  • Demonstrate initiative for performing job tasks without specific directions.
  • Check equipment and tools prior to usage and report any damage or malfunction.
  • Report hazardous situations and EHS concerns.
  • Apply EHS considerations to protect health, safety, and the environment.
  • Follow compliance obligations and understand the consequences of non-compliance.

Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English at a level needed to interact with other employees.
  • Able to perform basic math calculations with the use of a calculator.
  • Computer knowledge is essential.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • DOT training required (provided by Takasago).

  • $1,000.00 bonus after 6 months of employment
