About the Role
Four Winds Hospital is seeking a Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing specialized behavioral health treatment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Dr. Sarah Klagsgrun and staff to develop copy and design.
- Capture and edit short-form video content featuring Dr. Klagsgrun, staff, and campus moments.
- Translate clinical explanations into clear, accurate captions and carousels in Dr. Klagsgrun's voice.
- Design on-brand graphics and carousels using Canva.
- Manage the content calendar and posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Manage comments and direct messages with warmth and care.
- Maintain two distinct account voices and visual styles: one professional for Dr. Klagsgrun, focusing on clinical content for parents and patients, and one reassuring and inviting for Four Winds, highlighting staff and the campus environment.
- Write in both distinct voices effectively.
Requirements
- Strong writing skills, including the ability to adopt and maintain another person's voice and meaning.
- Collaborative and creative.
- A genuine design eye with a sense for color and visual mood.
- Strong Canva skills.
- Comfort with video production, including filming, editing, and creating captions and simple overlays.
