About the Role
The Stock Supervisor will manage back-of-house operations, track and monitor inventory, and develop processes to maximize efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and receiving
- Execute weekly cycle counts and ensure physical products match system
- Investigate any shortages or discrepancies
- Ensure accurate product and supply inventory
- Prepare mid-year and annual physical inventory inventories
- Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency, support store initiatives and projects as needed
- Partner with Store Manager and sales team to support visual merchandising, execute and collection launches
- Train and support team on day-to-day back of house policies and procedures
- Lead by example on company standards and expectations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of stock management experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for 8 hours a day
- Open availability, holidays and weekends required
